WHEEL ALMOST FELL OFF

    Wat could have happened if it did ??
    i have a 106 and i bought a set of alloys for it i brought it down and th man threw them on according to my dad the bolts were not put on and he broke the threads on the studs and where the stud is supposed to go can do anything bout him damaging my car ??

    Did you get the right alloys? Is unusual that the bolts failed.

    did you also get new wheel nuts to go with the alloys? nuts to hold on the alloys have a different taper.
    if you didnt know this the guy that fitted the wheels should have. id talk to someone who knows what they're doing to see where to go from here.

    Did you get the right alloys? Is unusual that the bolts failed.

    well i had 13's and i got 15's ut theyr ok the man supposedly put the screws on wrong nd they broke so now i need a new front hub and studs

    Could the nuts have been too short? Was it a reputable garage that fitted the wheels? Did the wheel come loose right away, or some time later?
    When you fit a wheel, supposed to check it again within 500 miles i believe.

    no it was a scrap yrd nd it is my first car nd i had no clue that had to be done like longer studs nd all that
