has anyone any idea when upc are upgrading there digital+ and broadband services throughout ireland? its just im in tralee co kerry and its not avalaible in this location at this time

Wrong forum-UPC is not satellite. It's cable areas first for UPC-some areas still on analogue cable so don't hold your breath.
