    Hi,

I wondering if anyone can help me out here.

I am unable to connect to BlackVPN though my 3 mobile broadband
Here is what I am using.
    3 mobile broadband (Prepay)
    Windows7
    BlackVPN (pptp)
Connecting to all 3 (UK, us, & nl)

Can some one shed some light on this. Also i can't access my vpn on my iphone (Vodafone)

Has anyone using 3 mobile broadband been able to successfully connect to blackvpn (pptp) if so how did you go about connecting?

    Thanks in advance
    Robert

I'm sure you read their Connections Problems page ?

If none of the solutions work then I guess this is true...
Q: I cannot connect with PPTP.
A: Some ISPs are blocking PPTP connections, if you cannot connect with PPTP please use openVPN instead

So unless someone knows better my money would be on it not working :(

I'd email them and ask how you can check for sure if the port is blocked or pptp is blocked?

We have our own VPN server set to only accept connections on port 80 as we run no webserver on the IP :)

    No-one blocks port 80.

    No-one blocks port 80.

Did you checkout the website? Its a vpn to a proxy server for anonymous internet access.

    What is blackVPN?
blackVPN provides premium USA,UK and NL VPN (virtual private network) services.
Each blackVPN connection is encrypted and totally anonymous on the internet and it helps to keep your activities anonymous and safe.

So you are stuck with the ports that they require.

    I know that :)

maybe the OP can find a friend with real broadband to setup a private proxy or VPN on Port 80.

Just wondering if the OP wants anonymous access to the internet?

So how identifying is using a 3Pay SIM (no need to give them any details about yourself - pay by cash), topups from corner shop and a second hand dongle off ebay when you surf the net?

Really identifying by the time the OP has used Google signup services, facebook, Boards.ie and some other web2.0 stuff.. :)
