Spare Parts / Optional Accesories (Ford CMax)

Today I was quoted the following:
    • €220 + vat to supply and fit a front passenger side airbag deactivation switch to a '07 CMax TDCi.
    • €40 + vat:eek: for a bottle of tyre sealant to fit the poxy compressor supplied with the car in lieu of a spare wheel.
What I'm wondering since is this: am I totally out of touch with the reality of pricing in this area or am I being played?

Whatever about the switch (although surely the car is pre-wired as there's a blank in the glovebox for it) the price of the bottle of gunge has me baffled.
