Need to resize an image

    hey i got an image i want to resize for my phone wallpaper...its 1600/1200 and i need a way to resize it to retain aspect ratio to fit on a a phone screen of 480/800...

    can any one do it for me please or point me to a piece of software for it please :)

    i could have cropped it but it would have taken some of it out...didnt have access to PS either :S
