USB Wireless Adapter

    Sorry you haven't received a reply so far. I will try to help. It really depends on what you are looking for i.e. 80211g or 80211n. If you just want a standard 80211g stick that will do the job anything by D-Link or Belkin should do the job. Don't pay more than 30 something euros.

    Post back if you are looking for 80211n.

    +1 on the Belkin USB Wireless Adapter but make sure it comes with a lead with a single hub.
    I had one plugged into the back of my machine which got smashed when they wife decided the PC looked better flush to the wall.
    The hub also allows you move it about to get the best reception.
    My PC is the max possible distance from the router & on a different floor & I still get 5 bars.

    Not sure what chipset they are using at the moment but a couple of years ago it was Ralink RT73, which is quite powerful (in terms of power output) and has good Linux support FYI, so I would definitely agree with the above, the lead and "hub" is quite useful.

    +1 on the Belkin. my brother has it on his laptop (it's 8 years old so no built-in wireless :eek:)
    has it upstairs from the router and gets a very good connection
