sky box keeps changing tv aspect

it was grand for the last 2 years and now it changes from channel to channel going from wide screen to 4.3 i think it is and so on how do i keep it on wide screen?

Check the picure settings on the box by

Press services,
Option 4 then option 1

Change to 16:9

Highlight save and press select.

More likely it’s that someone pressed the button on your TV remote to set it to auto resize the picture and that it is the news ticker or banner on Sky News confusing your TV into thinking that the aspect is changing. If your TV is a widescreen set it to 16:9 not Auto.
