I would guess they should payout twice for Walcott but probably don't!

I suppose the question is, is Diaby the third goal-scorer, or not?
I suppose the difference is between the third "goalscorer" or the scorer of the third goal?

I'd imagine (though I'm open to corection) they'd pay out on Diaby. Walcott had already scored so they wouldn't pay out on him again. As you said he is the third goalscorer.
