Hey all!!

We have a 6 bed house sorted for this coming September, two of the girls are no longer going to NUIG so we have two single rooms available to rent. House has male and female students who are all doing Post grad courses in NUIG...all easy going, and all just meet up on this so were all in the one boat!

House is in Greenfields, less then 10 minute stroll to the Campus. It is a large modern house with parking and all mod cons, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, large new fitted kitchen etc..

Both rooms are nice sized rooms, timber floors, and furnished. Rent is 85 euro a week, which includes parking, refuse collection, telly channels and broadband, so overall its a good deal!
