Hi , I'm at high risk of getting t2 diabetes as I have previous gestational diabetes & high bmi. So I check my blood sugars occasionally in the morning just to make sure that I'm under 7. Recently the reading has been 7 when it was always around 3.5 to 4 first thing. My q is how high is too high before you see a doc? I'm doing more exercise then ever before and eating well so my blood sugar reading should be going down not up.....right?

    Thanks
