I just want to see what opinions there are on this. Someone I know recently seperated and the husband said he would move out and she could have the house. That arrangement stayed like this for a couple of months until one day he decided he was moving back in to "his house" and she could deal with it. He's made some violent threats by texts so obviously she's had to avoid him and has now more or less been forced out of her own home.

Both their names are on the deeds but she's the one that's been making the repayments - he never made any contribution to the mortgage.

She is seeing a solicitor soon but I was curious if there was any opinions out there on this.
