Your first round offer will be 'canceled' and you'll be registered for the course you accepted in round two.

You get the offer you accepted in the second round. If you have an offer now, accept it as it's better than nothing. If a better offer comes your way in the 2nd round, you accept that and it cancels out all the other offers.
