Neck Twitching

I lost my job and as a result have lost a lot of my confidence. I notice now that when talking to people my neck has started twitching a lot, indeed several people have said it to me and i try to laugh it off. It's wrecking my head though, has anybody any suggestion to help me out, thanks.
