    As much as I enjoyed his posts, you have to admit that the guy was given so many chances and warnings. I'm really surprised he lasted as long as he did.

    I hadn't realised he was permabanned from the site.. that's a pity.. he did have plenty of leeway shown to him in the past

    Great thread. I was going to start a "bring back mysterious" thread. Ya beat me to it.

    I was told that he threatened some member.. I doubt it happened, If it did, I would say it was in jest. Mysterious wouldn't hurt a fly. Mysterious, the guy you love to love :D

    While I loved Mysterious posts, purely for their comedic value, and I doubt he would actually ever seriously threaten anyone, I think he was shown more leniancy here than anyone. He broke the charter on more occassions than anyone, and had a problem with moderators no matter where he posted.

    I guess he was too out there for Boards.ie

    Lads, if he was site banned, then he was site banned for a reason. Like others have said, he was given plenty of leeway in the past, even when the mods wiped everyones ban history for this forum clean when humanji and jammu dodger became mods, he was given a chance to start again. He was banned for a reason and nothing can change that.

    It's not a conspiracy, and the reason for the banning has nothing to do with this forum.

    Also, TalkieWalkie, I edited you post (and the reply that quoted it) to take the @ sign from the email address. As Lab Mouse says, there's spambots that'll pick it up and you'll be inundated with ads for cheap porn, Viagra and breast enlargement. Although that sounds like a pretty good night in...
