defo:p! music tech was my choice and this was my second, over the last few weeks i was starting to think i should have put them in the opposite order coz i havent done music since jc. guess i was just lucky in the end:D

Ye're registration is the 13th and that week is yer orientation week. You'll probably get a package out from the college with all of the info ya need.

You should get a package from the college with all of the info. I know I did.

My sister got hers this morning from Maynooth.

I know mature student go in this Thursday and Friday (2nd 3rd) ahead of everyone else. I got a letter last month about it. Not manditory though.

Goin t'do Software Programming. Had a stab at V&S tech a few years ago, but dropped out of first year. After fartin' around working in call centers for the past three years, its time to get some learnin done!

Nothing yet mate.
I called the college yesterday. My registration day is tuesday. Induction is wednesday and thursday, and then classes start on the following monday. Thats for the software dev course anyway, dont know if its different for every course.

I cant remember at all. I registered with LIT before, but I cant remember what I had to bring. I guess we'll have to wait until they send the info. The student handbook doesnt give any info on what needs to be brought either.

Condolences to anyone doing Video & Sound and staying in Thomond Village!

Those student villages are holes. I lived in Cratloe Woods for my first trip to LIT, and I have to say, I hated that place. Grand if you're one of those messy students who is out every night, and back home to their mammys and daddys over the weekend, but for anyone who wants to get quiet study time, relax, and stay a weekend, be prepared for a disheartening experience.
