If the router is wireless ,has wifi, just rightclick wifi icon in tray, screen, lower right, view avaidable networks, see list, click connect to, vodafone.
if it asks for username password, use the same one as you use on the pc.
you,ll have an email, letter from vodafone
, my username is xxxx, my password is xxxx.
TURN ON the laptop wifi, theres usually ,a switch, button on laptop,wifi,on/off somewhere to turn it on.
its also possible to buy a ethernet cable,25ft, ten euro in maplins,pc world.plug 1 end in the router port, other end in laptop, ethernet port,
    see
    http://www.google.ie/images?q=ethernet&um=1&ie=UTF-8&source=univ&ei=HF9yTPHJMszd4gaZwMneCA&sa=X&oi=image_result_group&ct=title&resnum=5&ved=0CEcQsAQwBA&biw=1024&bih=651
if you are stuck, ring, vodaphone, support, customer service, broadband.

or read the laptop manual ,re turn on,connect wifi,
    see
    http://www.ehow.com/how_2193989_connect-wifi-wireless.html

go to start, control panel, networks, network connections,
    wireless, click, connect,vodaphone,
I LOOKED on vodafone.ie ,i cant see info there,
re connect to wifi,or any info re router at all.

I don't think those Voyager modems have wireless. Cheapest option may be to order another modem from Vodafone (€79.99 off the top of my head).

To use wireless you need a wireless router. You can either buy one that does everything (like the one I suggested) or one that only does wireless and plug it into the Voyager.

If the laptop was made in the last 5 years it will probably have a wireless card built so you shouldn't need to purchase a wireless USB stick.

PC World and the like sell Linksys routers which would be my recommendation if you are looking to buy a wireless router in a shop.
