HI i recently started training for a 3.2km run which i need to complete in under 13.30. Not too hard with a bit a practice and effort. at first i was doing it in about 18 mins now down to 16.20 but im getting crippling shin splints. at first i was ignoring them whilst running and icing them straight after the run but it has come to the stage where i can continuosly run 3.2km because of them. any ideas or rememdies?
