    Hi,

    I just purchased an online return ticket for my journey early tomorrow morning like at 7am. My problem is that I havn't been issued with a confirmation email to produce to the driver to recieve my ticket!

    I can't get through to any customer services as they are all closed today and will not be open when I have to leave tomorrow morning.

    Anyone have any idea's as to what I can do? I don't want to go down the road of having to buy another ticket as they are not very good for giving refunds.

    Similar thing happened me a few weeks back, except it was my own fault I actually put a dot in my email address in error, so obviously could not receive the confirmation e-mail. I wasn't due to travel for a few days so e-mailed straight away thinking they may be able to send on the e-mail to me before I was due to travel, but I got no reply at all.
