NAT Problems

I'm having a slight problem with my new connection and my new Cisco router. We use two xboxs on the same router. One xbox alway has strict NAT and one always has open. How do you get an open NAT for both xboxs? Really need some advice from someone who knows what they're talking about.

What Cisco router is it and can you post the config here?
