Hi all,

I booked a flight earlier in the summer with Ryanair from Dublin to Madrid in September.

In my haste to get the flight at the price it was at the time, I only reserved one bag. Now, I realise I'm going to need another bag so I need to add another one on to my ticket.

I've had a look at the Ryanair website but the information is minimal and I was wondering if anyone else has done this before? Also, do I have 15kg on the other checked bag as well?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Yes, you can add more bags to your booking. Just click on "Manage my Booking" then select "Add Bags/Sports/Musical/Infant equipment/Priority boarding". Yes, you are allowed an extra 15kg on your new checked bag.

Now, last year when I attempted to do this by credit card I was charged a further €5 per person each way (there was 5 on my booking so they were charging me an extra €50, so I just closed the window!). This might have changed, but you will know before you make the final click. To avoid this, pay by prepaid Mastercard.
