Hi, i got a big sack full of spudz from a farmer and i want to store them while im using them. Whats the best way??

In a hession/canvas type sack in the dark, alternatively we store our allotment spuds in dunnes reusable canvas type bags in the store room, usually get 3 months or so out of them.
