Hi there,

I'm writing my MA thesis on Edna O'Brien at the moment. My head is wrecked all day trying to locate a short story of hers I know I have read at some point about a woman who is contemplating suicide, but the plumber working on her house talks her out of it. She also has two young sons in the story, is seperated from her husband, and one of her sons is sick and she is looking after them. I can't remember which story this is and it is wrecking my head!!! Anyone have some idea?? Would be much appreciated!
