Hey folks, probably a pretty basic question for the legal eagles here, but could someone tell me how I would go about finding out if a wall in our garden is a boundary or retaining wall? Thank you

I'm not totally positive about this one, but my guess would be to start at the Land Registry and find out fully about the boundary lines.

Surely it would be pretty clear if it was a retaining wall as it would be retaining some earth behind it, no?
