Windows Live and Hotmail - Help, sob

I have a problem with a windows live account. I linked two Hotmail accounts to it and they both disappeared. The existing emails went into the Live account, but since then no emails are showing up there other than the live ones. They are not being returned as undeliverable. They just vanish. I put the following forum post in Windows Live

I have a school email account (live) and two Hotmail accounts.

I had to reset my accounts and in Live I clicked Connected Accounts to link the Hotmail accounts to the Live account. I had had them this way before.

This time however the contents of the two Hotmail accounts went into the Live account (all the emails were mixed in the same list). I tried to sort it but was not able to, the Hotmail accounts do not show in the Connected Accounts window ('There are no items to show in this view'). Therefore I cannot delete.

I have now realised that Hotmail emails are not beIing delivered to the live account. They are not being returned as undeliverable, they just vanish.

If I follow the 'open other mailbox' route it says I cannot access the Hotmail account and to consult my helpdesk. If I sign out and try and sign in it just opens the live account.

But no answers. Well there was one, but it didn't help.

I put a question on here somewhere previously, about a month ago, but no help.

I have just tried to contact a Windows/Live/Hotmail help desk or something but it sends me round in circles like the bottom-most pit of hell....there is no way out...my emails are lost forever...I'm doooooooomed. Who knows what news, friends, offers, prizes, penis enlargements I am missing out on as my emails spiral down into the abyss. :eek:

Have you tried accessing it with Google Chrome? My Windows Live dies randomly.

YES! Many thanks, that worked.

Bit odd though, Google Chrome opened iGoogle and all my bookmarks were there - except Boards? Easy to sort but a bit strange that it abandoned just Boards!
