iTunes "file sharing"

I am trying to use Oplayer for iPhone/iPod but transferring files onto the iPod to use it requires using the " file sharing" part of iTunes. I should be able to select the app in iTunes and scroll down in iTunes and have a section open up where I can drag in avi files.

However I have no file sharing section.

I have the lastest iTunes and am using 3.1.3 . Is file sharing just for os4? Should I be able to find some setting to open it in iTunes ?

I've just started using oplayer. In the above screenshot, make sure u double click oplayer icon and an add tab will appear in the box on the right. I didn't do that originally and was searching for ages.

I have an ipod 2G. I'll have to look and see if I can find 4os somewhere to download because I'm kind of fond of my JB :)
