    Just trying to fill the last room in our house in CollegeCourt next year:

    70 euro a week excluding electricity and all other bills (280 deposit), 5 bedrooms in house 4 fellas already 3 2nd years and 1 first year.

    Room has a single bed. One bathroom in house and house overall is lovely
    Best part is its right beside the Kemmy Business School - 2 mins walk:D
