    theres a Shinken -Do class in the regional sports centre on tues & thurs @ 9pm. ADULTS ONLY! it uses joint restraints, chokes, throws & grappling

    They've probably closed down for the Summer. Ring them in another week or so.

    they are still training away if your close by just call in to the sheraton on a monday or wednesday night
    point blank gym is in galway only 45 min down the motorway good training
    friendly people
