    Okay well Im not sure but these are the ones who give out meds right?
    Beause i went to counselling and i feel as if i cant go through everything like talking about everything again I just dont want to go through it all
    if im honest i just want meds to get me through it for a while?
    How do I go about this?
    I know it sounds stupid but seriously some answers would be very helpful...

    Tell them honestly how you feel. If they think you need a referral, they should give you one. If they feel you need meds, they may give them to you.

    What you dont want from here is a script to use so that you get the meds you think you need. I hope thats not what you meant?
