I'm a 17 year old girl. Going looking at some used cars next week. It'll be my first car and I want a decent enough car. I have €3000 saved up so that's my max. I'm quite interested in Golfs and the peugeot 207. But from what I've heard the peugeot isn't great?
    Any help?

The peugeot isn't bad at all, definitely not a bad little car once you get over the fact that it has no get up and go to it at all. they are a very economical, reliable and tidy little car they just have no power

I'm also looking for my first car, a little late starting at 30. Not sure what to get was thinking of a corsa or a focus.

    Any ideas?

The Peugeot will handle like a dream but the one thing against them is the are susceptible to electrical problems. I'd really think twice before buying another. I can't see you getting a 207 for 3k anyway
