oh boo hoo! Most people enjoyed watching Shutter Island; including my friends, gf and family. The only place i've heard people not recommending the film is on the internet! Now go and watch!

Also Kick Ass if you haven't seen it already. Watch the trailer first to make sure it's a film you'd be into.

Kick Ass wasn't my personal cup of tea but I could see it appealing to the right people!

I loved Shutter Island and we recently watched it the second time and it's even more impressive as
you notice all the slight looks and indications that you didn't the first time

on a side note the word overrated is one of the most overused of the moment when it comes to reviews, why cant people ever just realize they didnt like something because it wasnt to their taste? it doesnt always mean that everyone else was wrong

obviously it all down to personal taste, but this is how people express there views on a film, if we dont use this terminology well just end up using another word, overrated and i didnt like or more precisely i just dont get the hype surrounding it, there all the exact same its just overrated requires less effort to type, :D

yeah but overrated implies that it was a poor film and evryone else was wrong to like it rather than it being a good film you just didnt like, not having a go at you in particular its more the fact that it crops up in nearly every discussion these days

Got this last nite, what a waste of my 5.35. between the **** storyline the bad irish accent from the english actor and the annoying use of the word MAN all the time i was very disapointed. brendan gleesons role was weak also. v bad movie.
