Installed a new 1j spring into my M4 today along with a Gunner Armoury tightbore , when it was all ready to shoot I stuck the mag in and when I went to shoot it nothing came out , upon closer inspection the bb's had gotten stuck in the barrel , the hop up was off , the gearbox was working perfectly but they still got jammed , I even put a bb in the barrel/hop up chamber and pushed it through manually so Im stuck at what to try next . Any help or anyone had this problem before

BTW the gearbox is shooting like it should be and i can feel the air coming out the nozzle so its not a leaking air problem

Strip the hop up and put it back together again, sounds like that's the root of your problem

Will try that again but ive pushed a bb through it with a pen and it seems to go through pretty smooth

Is the tappet plate functioning properly, like if you push the air nozzle in does it spring back?

I believe this is your answer ''but ive pushed a bb through it with a pen''

If the hop-up unit wasn't touched, then its probably as Blay says, the air nozzle may not be properly seated in the tappet plate.

Cheers for the help , spent the whole day trying to fix this and just before I was about to loose it i noticed something and this may be of help for future reference but the little pointy thing on the cylinder head where the air nozzle sits and moves back and forward broke off and was stuck in the air nozzle , i think thats why I could still get same pressure from the cylinder but not enough to propell the bb , anyway replaced the cylinder head for a new one and works great now , thanks for all the help again
