    Just tried to post in the thread, but it was closed. But just wondering, which organisation came up with things as ridiculous as the 1L plastic bag rule?

    do individual governments in europe decide this or is it a mandatory thing that is handed down? can an individual airport decide to allow people to take as much liquid as they want?
