music for iphone

ok so trying to put songs on new iphone. Have it set to manually update music and I can put songs on from one computer but when i try to get music from another computer it deletes the songs already on it....anyone know why?

You can only sync your phone with one iTunes library. If you try to sync with another, it deletes what's on the phone and copies the content from the other library.

If you want to use the phone as a hard disk for moving music around, you'll need to jailbreak it.
