    Hi,

I am having bit of trouble running. My left heel is agony every single step. I started running again about three weeks ago. Going pretty good but there was always a bit of a niggle in my heel. Lady night I went out for a run and I had to stop and walk the heel was that uncomfortable. I was looking into it on the net and heel spurs, plantar fasciitis are the most common result. Although the most tender part is the back of my heel, just above the most promenentary part of the heel.

I rang about orthotics and treatment, gonna be the guts of €400. As much as I would love to get it done, there is no way I can afford that right now. Is there anything I can do?
