    Hi all,
Hope someone on here can suggest what maybe my best option.
I have an XDA Orbit2 from O2 and over the last few days i've not been receiving any text messages on it. They are going somewhere,as any texts sent to me are showing up as delivered on senders' phones. All other functions work without a problem, including the Sat-nav, which makes me unwilling to change phones.(Seems like some sort of software problem)
Is there anywhere that may be able to repair it or should I just give up on it, smash it up and claim on the insurance?
    Thanks.

Dont smash it up and claim on the insurance is the first thing i would say. Its only a few days old, it can go back to o2 if your not happy :pac:

Have you received any texts with it? How old is your sim? And how many texts are stored on it.

I have the phone and sim 2-3 years and I regularly delete all the texts from it.
It has a mobile version of outlook on it and the problem seems to be in there somewhere.

The phone you have is in fact the HTC Artemis or HTC P3300. You would be best of posting a thread on the XDA-Developers site, someone there will be able to help you.

Here's a link to the HTC Artemis section.

Thanks for the reply, the actual phone is this one http://pdadb.net/index.php?m=specs&id=933&c=o2_xda_orbit_2_htc_polaris_200
I had a look and then had to do a 'hard reset', and that seems to have cured it! thanks again.
    Martin.
