Windows Error Code 80072F78 when running windows updates on windows 7

i have just installed windows 7 here at work and my windows update is not working.I am getting thw following error code message 80072F78. Has anybody else being able to fix this problem. I did a search for this code on the web and tried various solutiions but none of them fixed the problem. any ideas welcome?

Google tells me that it could be a time/date setting?

But found this that might be of use.
