Jailbreak & backup

    I've jailbroken & unlocked my Iphone 4 and want to know what steps should I take to back up my stuff. Is there any way to make a restore point for firmware 4.0.1 in the event I am silly and accidentily update to the newest iOS version.

    Also as a note when I open up Cydia there is some text saying something like "this device has SHSH on file for this iphone OS 4.0.1" Is this a back up of some sort? What does this mean?

    Ive just converted from Win Mobile and this is compleatly different so just wanna make sure I can re-jailbreak if I tinker around with things too much.

    Also, is there any app or tweak one can do to get directional arrows on the keyboard.

    that message in cydia means ya can down grade to 4.0.1 if ya update or need to restore, theres a simple enough guide and ya need to edit the hosts file

    why do ya need arrows on the keyboard, if ya make a mistake while typing just touch and hold the screen close to it and drag ur finger, a small area will be magnified to make it easier to see
