    What is the process of creating a resident association? What types of insurance is required to protect such associations from liabilities that may arise?

    An Taisce have a "Spring Clean" for the month of April and if you register with them they will indemnify you.

    The only mandatory insurance is third party on your car. All other insurance is just wise.
