    Hi. My HTC Desire has got very slow and unresponsive in the last few days. I havent put any new software on it in several weeks. Is there anything I can do to speed it up? Thanks in advance!

    Go to menu-->settings-->SD&phone storage and look at Internal phone storage. If it's less than 40-50MB then you need to free up some space by moving apps to the SD card if they allow it or uninstall them
