[Available] Treble room with 2 UCD students on Stillorgan Rd

My friend and I, both male, 20, are looking for a similar person to share a large treble room in a house on the Stillorgan Road. We lived there last year with a friend who is now abroad for the year, and we were all very satisfied with the accommodation.

In terms of location, the house is right beside RTE and so is really as close to UCD as you could get! Tesco is about an 8-10 minute walk away, or a 2 minute cycle. There are 3 bus stops within a very short walk of the house, offering ease of travel to and from the city centre.

The room is situated on the bottom floor of the house, along with the sitting room and kitchen. It is a very big room with more than enough living space for 3 students. It also has a en-suite bathroom with shower. There is a desk in the room also which can be used by whoever moves in, as my friend and I tend to study in the college library.

Other features include: Wi-fi internet, NTL, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave.

The rent is 100 euro per week and the lease is 40 weeks, starting from the end of August/ Start of September. The deposit is 400 euro.
