Triathlon Clothing?

    Hi

Doing my first triathlon in the super sprint Dublin City Tri and im not sure what im expected to wear.

I was going to buy a shortie wetsuit for the swim and then was wondering what to wear for the run/cycle. Ive seen Trisuits. Are these suitable for the swim/run/cycle? Or do I wear the suit under the wetsuit and then when changing to the bike take off the wetsuit and continue in the suit?

Dont really fancying having to change using a towel from a wetsuit&bikini into runners/shorts and t-shirt for cycle/run as this seem like it might be kinda slow and if in a rush and the towel drops while changing, embarrassing!

Im not too worried about time, just looking to finish as its my first time, though would like to be able to compete in good time.

    Thanks
    Ash

Yeah, you have it right in one, wear the tri suit under the wetsuit and just whip off then wetsuit and go.

Best of luck with the tri.

Trisuit was the best investment I've made, apart from the bike, wetsuit, shoes etc :D

If ordering online, make sure that you read reviews to see what way people found the sizing.

or you could always go for a tri top and tri shorts if you didn't want to go for the one piece suit... again these are worn under the wetsuit....

Either way no need to worry about using a towel to change in transition unless its to dry your feet......
