Clothes shopping and London Markets

I'm only in London for 3 days and I have to choose between Camden and Spitalfields/Sunday UpMarket for shopping. Spitalfields might be too expensive for me, but Camden might be tacky and like a giant Ad Hoc in Temple Bar which I hate. Which one would you recommend if you could only choose one?

    Camden all the time!
You will not even get to see all of it in one day!:)

Ouch, what a terrible choice to have to make. Both have great appeal. Spitlefields has some stunningly good retro and vintage shops, Camden has more crammed into a smaller area.
If it were me I'd go to Camden buts that's simply nostalgia calling the shots. Found some of my favourite pieces there. I love the place.
I'd let your requirements guide you. What exactly are you looking for? If you have something in particular in mind you'll be better off in Spitlefield but if you are just out for browsing then Camden wins.

    I'm older than Minecraft goats.

I'd prob suggest Camden as you get a good mix of tack the same clothes in every stall, to more retro and vintage stuff in the Stables market as well as clothes from Japanese fashion students. Plus yummy grub and great accessories..

PS Go as early as you can as it gets stiflingly busy

I'm not really into vintage. I'm more into cool tshirts, accessories and bags. Is there stuff in Camden thats not just emo/goth stuff?

I'm more into cool tshirts, accessories and bags.

Camden's full of that sorta stuff, probably even more than vintage. It's not all like the shops you'll pass when you come out of the tube - head down to the main market area just over the canal and you'll find more cool tshirts, accessories and bags than you'll be able to fit in your luggage allowance ;)
