Transferring files from Touch to PC

hi folks My old desktop, which I used for my Itunes, died recently. I have a lot of music on my Ipod touch which I now want to put onto Itunes on my laptop. Itunes help tells how to do it for Ipods but not Touches. Hoping someone can help thanks ps Touch has only ever been connected to Windows, if that's any help.

My old desktop, which I used for my Itunes, died recently.

I have a lot of music on my Ipod touch which I now want to put onto Itunes on my laptop.

Itunes help tells how to do it for Ipods but not Touches.
