Sinead, a word of advice. This is effectively a letter of application you have posted. I suggest you edit it to correct spelling and typos. There are capital letters and full stops missing.

'buy then I have to find' - by then
    'I anyone no's' - if anyone knows

You are looking for office work, you would need to proof-read what you have written before you send it.

You will find more chances happen to come your way if you help them.

Agreed. It would be a basic requirement for an office admin role that you can write a letter or e-mail....

You still have typo's and your spelling and punctuation need looking at.

I think perhaps office administrator may not be ideal job.

Capital letters would be a requirement for most employers.
