    Hi,
    I'm heading to haiti next month to volunteer for 3 months with an american charity called architecture for humanity to help out as an architect in reconstruction efforts.

    I've been searching the internet and threads for information on suitable insurance to cover volunteering, and a policy that would actually cover haiti given the recommendations to avoid non-essential travel. While some of the british sites seem to cover volunteering, I haven't seen anything suitable for Irish residents.

    Any advice on insurance companies or comments on what people did before would be very helpful.
