Frank Duffy 10 miler doesn't really count as Lsr , just wondering if

    Is anyone interested in doing lsr two days after Frank Duffy ,at a very slow pace mind you !,like 10 minute mile in the park .I'm dreading doing it on my toblerone . ( I may eat a toblerone afterward though )

    I'm running Sunday morning, have a knee issue so at fastest would be 10 min mile
