DSL in Donegal acting up for anyone today?

Have UTV Broadband in Donegal town, but all day I'm getting disconnected. Seems random, anywhere between 5 and 30 minuites it's stable, then it'll disconnect for a few minutes before returning for another short spell. Not sure if there might be a problem UTV's end or Eircom.

Hi, I'm on the greencastle exchange with eircon.....no disconnects but xbox live has been very laggy all day....yellow connection even when my mate is hosting on his UPC connection, everybody in the lobby has full signal except me with two yellow bars.
