Hi I was just wondering if there where any records managers or people who use blogs or wikis in their workplace and what issues if any they have to adhere to/deal with compared to using a personal blog.

Not sure if this is any use to you, but I find this essay from the Coca cola Company one of the best guidelines I've ever seen in regards to online behaviour - it's directed at every employee, from the coffee lady to the CEO.
