    Anyone experienced with J? (wikipedia) It seems like a useful language, though it a bit odd.

    Please share some examples of your J code if you have any!

    p12 =: 12&| @ +
    p17 =: 17&| @ +
    x17 =: 17&| @ *
    xpow =: 3 : '(tots y.) (y.&| @ ^)/ i. 5 + totient y.'

    That is a very ummm... extremely unusual language that closely resembles APL... but uhhh that's enlightening to know that.... however, I could point you to a site that does 99 beer bottles on the wall in over 1300 programming languages.....linky and here's the version in J here :P

    im guessing this has to do with a certain lecturer in NUI Maynooth! :)

    the J website has a good forum and good examples..
