    Hi,
We have a boiler in the utility room, recently one of the pipes was leaking. The leak is now fixed but a strong smell of oil remains. Anyone any ideas how to get rid of it? Thanks

its not 100% clear from your post if it was a water or oil leak.[ the word remains is a clue:) ]

If it was a water leak and u now smell oil then u now have an oil leak that needs fixing

if it was an oil leak and the smell is there still it will go in time: it will have soaked into the floor: good ventilation if possible.

You could accelerate the evaporation by running a fan heater across the floor but only if u can open a window and keep the door to house closed
